Hey, you’ve already decided to have a salad, why not just go the whole hog and be healthy – right!? O.k. maybe just us. Anyway, this one is particular good because the majority of ingredients are easy to keep on hand.
Start the salad with some romaine lettuce and add:
- Chopped avocado
- Chopped tomato
- Chilled hard boiled eggs, quartered
- Gardein seven grain tender (meat free chicken in this picture)
- Sprinkle of McCormick Bac’n pieces
- Drizzle of Twisted Ranch sauce for good measure
Honestly, when it’s 100F degrees outside in the middle of the Summer, if you’re like us, you won’t want to be cooking up too much protein anyway – so this salad is perfect.
