This is one of those dishes where the simplicity demands excellent ingredients. Try to get some quality pesto and pasta first and foremost. I nabbed mine from local importers Caputo’s – but I should note they ship nationwide. Everything they stock is absolutely amazing.
Finishing out the dish some pan fried and sliced chicken sausages from Sprouts Market. I love these sausages quite frankly. They texture is spot on and the fat content is relative low.
One last flourish with some red chilli flakes and you have a drop dead delicious dish that belies the simple three ingredients.
