Alongside the garlicky-lemon marinated chicken you will also need some plain Greek yogurt and thinly sliced red onions – and of course some fluffy pita bread. Some like thinly sliced tomatoes in theirs, I often don’t bother unless really great tomatoes are in season at the time. Otherwise, it can be a watery sad mess.
