Mushroom and Swiss burger

This could almost fit in the 15 minute meal category if it weren’t for the fact to make the perfect mushrooms takes just a little longer. In fact I find it takes about 45 minutes. That’s roughly the amount of time I find gently sautéing them, cooks down a whole package into enough for two burgers. The condensed umami punch is a knockout flavor, especially when paired with a couple slices Swiss cheese.

In the picture above I’m also using a Beyond Burger patty and some sweet potato crinkle cut fries from Alexia.
