Green Giant make a fun cauliflower tot that you can substitute in for a regular potato tot and save a ton of carbs. You can cook these up in a variety of ways. Our favorite is sprayed with a little Pam and thrown in the air fryer.
Once nicely crisp we top with MorningStar Farms crumblers cooked quickly in the pan with McCormick hot taco seasoning. After that, some diced avocado, some melted shredded cheese, home made pico de gallo some Twisted Ranch sauce and home made chipotle mayo.
