Thick cut steak fries like this brand from Walmart smothered in Hatch brand green chilli sauce. Thick fluffy potato with slightly sweet and zesty mild chills is a match made in heaven for me.
Sometimes I like to bring a little more heat to proceedings as pictured here. Joining the mostly gentle green chilli is a hearty seasoning of red pepper flakes and a roasted jalapeño. A couple of sunny side up eggs adds a nice creamy and rich finish to the dish.
