The cod here is from the wonderful Sitka Salmon in Alaska, you should for sure check them out if you live somewhere that doesn’t have the best access to fresh fish. The recipe for the Thai basil sauce is here on our sister site. It’s a top notch mix of herbaceous basil, fiery chilli and garlic. It supports many different proteins, but I love meaty cod in this one.
