Chicken fried steak – does it get any more Americana classic than this? If you’re craving something more comfort food than health food – you really don’t’ need to look any further. Just don’t look at your cardiologist who will probably shake their head in disbelief.
I’ll admit I cheated here and used Tyson’s chicken fried steaks, they’re not the greatest, but they are immensely quicker than putting something together yourself. That freed me up to make picture perfect sunny side up eggs.
