This is a quickly prepared meat free spin on some classic flavors. To your favorite salad (bagged romaine works great for time saving) add:
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Bacon crumbles (we used meat free ones here)
- Your favorite ranch – this is LiteHouse cilantro ranch
- MorningStar Farms chicken nuggets
- Buffalo sauce of choice
We actually cooked the nuggets in our air fryer here for some added crisp. It takes less than ten minutes. Also, as the nuggets enter the last few minutes of cooking we coat them in added buffalo sauce for extra kick!
