O.k. so it’s not vegan but it’s still vegetarian – we give you the mushroom Swiss with sweet potato fries. It’s the perfect weeknight junk food treat without all the guilt of fast food. The Beyond Burger is a great meaty base for the rich cheese and umami mushroom punch.
We also love Alexia Sweet Potato fries on the side, pretty much on the side of anything actually. Pro tip: mix mayo and sriracha together in a 2:1 ratio for the best ever fry dipping sauce.
