Is there anything more comforting than freshly made bread, thickly cut? Yes. Yes there is. Load it up with bacon cooked to a crunch in the oven and some pan fried runny eggs and boom – one of the greatest sandwiches ever made. Sure it’s not exactly healthy, but comfort food rarely is 🙂
