In the pictures below I marinated some cubed chicken breasts overnight, before cooking in the air fryer to get that lovely crisp and char. The sauce has a bright flavor with a fun floral aroma. There’s a solid backbone of clove and warm Winter spices.
I’d wager chicken works best, you could probably have fun with beef and pork or indeed a meaty white fish – though I wouldn’t marinate that more than a few hours for fear of it breaking down too much.
