Quick review: I’m not the biggest fan of sweet potato in general, but I found this waffle cut product quite good. The main notable point is the extra surface area afforded by the large flat pieces. Also a little thinner than a French fry these resulted in lots of extra sweet-crisp edges, almost caramel-rich. Hit with a decent thwack of salt to balance the sweet, these are quite enjoyable.
