Quick review: These fries are another great product from the always reliable Alexia brand, a label of the Lamb Weston corporation. The rosemary fries are a slightly chunkier version of their Truffle Fries and cook up in practically the same amount of time. The finish is a good fluffy interior with tons of sweet rosemary flavor. It’s a classic fry seasoning. I love to serve them with a lemon aioli for the perfect treat; to make add the rind of one lemon, juice of half the lemon, to a good amount of quality mayo with olive oil, salt and pepper.
