I’d wager most people have a ‘secret’ ingredient and killer chilli recipe. Mine? I love to add a dash of Indian spices to the mix, bringing extra warmth and richness to the gravy. I find the liberal addition of garam masala plus a little ground clove and cardamom adds a whole new dimension to this easy dish.
