With the standard 12 oz ground beef package presently retailing in Kroger stores for $8.99 – those prices might raise an eyebrow – they’re certainly a premium. If it helps – just think of the extra cost as the delivery fee in reality; after all you’re getting two day shipping via FedEx, shipped safely frozen right to your door packed in an environmentally friendly container.
Probably the best deal is the Impossible Grilling Pack. If you feel like splurging and have the freezer space, that yields a per burger cost of about $3.50 which isn’t too terrible in our book – if you’re a fan of the product. We are! You can read our review here.
